These terms define how employers, candidates, and JolieJobs Talent Operations interact through the platform.

1. Platform Usage
JolieJobs provides a managed talent operations platform for vetted talent discovery, employer access, introduction requests, messaging, credits, payments, and controlled identity release.
2. Employer Responsibilities
Employers must provide accurate company information, use the platform professionally, respect candidate privacy, and avoid attempting to bypass JolieJobs introduction or identity release controls.
3. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates must provide accurate profile information and understand that profile approval, employer introductions, and identity release are subject to JolieJobs review and operational policies.
4. Credit System
Credits may be purchased, manually assigned, or redeemed through voucher codes. Credits are used for selected hiring-intent actions, including introduction requests.
5. Introduction Requests
Purchasing credits does not guarantee candidate engagement, interviews, employment outcomes, or identity release. Identity release remains subject to JolieJobs review and candidate approval.
6. Identity Release Policy
Candidate and employer contact details are released only when the controlled JolieJobs introduction workflow is completed and approved by JolieJobs Talent Operations.
7. Payments
During pilot operations, payments may be confirmed manually by JolieJobs Talent Operations. Credits are activated after payment review and approval.
8. Account Suspension
JolieJobs may suspend or restrict accounts that misuse the platform, attempt to bypass privacy controls, submit inaccurate information, or violate platform rules.
9. Limitation of Liability
JolieJobs supports hiring workflows but does not guarantee employment, hiring decisions, candidate acceptance, employer offers, or business outcomes.
10. Legal Versions and Acceptance
Your acceptance is tied to the active document version. When a required legal version changes, JolieJobs may ask you to review and accept it before continuing to your workspace.
11. Privacy Requests
Authenticated users can use the Privacy Center to manage optional choices, download account data, and submit privacy requests. Account deletion is reviewed before personal data is removed or anonymized.
