1. Information We Collect
JolieJobs may collect account information, candidate profile information, employer profile information, CV files, job details, application activity, messages, payment order records, and introduction request activity.
2. How Information Is Used
We use information to operate the platform, verify employers and talent, review candidate profiles, manage introductions, process credits and payments, moderate communication, and improve the hiring experience.
3. Candidate Privacy Protection
Candidate identities, contact details, CVs, LinkedIn details, WhatsApp numbers, and personal information remain protected and are not shared with employers unless the JolieJobs introduction and identity release process has been completed.
4. Employer Information
Employer information is used to verify company access, manage job postings, process credit usage, handle introduction requests, and support communication with JolieJobs Talent Operations.
5. Identity Release Process
JolieJobs controls which details are released after mutual interest is confirmed. Information may only be shared after employer request, JolieJobs review, candidate acceptance, and Talent Operations approval.
6. Messages and Moderation
Messages exchanged through JolieJobs may be monitored and reviewed to protect candidate privacy and prevent unauthorized sharing of contact details before an approved introduction.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and operational measures to protect platform data. No digital platform can guarantee absolute security, but JolieJobs is designed to reduce unnecessary exposure of sensitive candidate information.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or withdrawal of optional consent through the authenticated Privacy Center. Some records may be retained where required for security, disputes, financial obligations, or legal compliance.
9. Cookies and Analytics
Essential cookies support sign-in and security. Optional analytics, personalization, and marketing technologies are controlled through the cookie banner and Privacy Center. Analytics scripts are not loaded until analytics consent is provided.
10. International Processing and Vendors
JolieJobs uses specialist hosting, database, storage, email, and optional analytics providers. Appropriate contractual, security, and transfer safeguards should be applied based on the countries involved.
