People make the decisions. AI assists the work.

JolieJobs is introducing AI carefully to help structure profiles, improve search, explain job matches, and support human review. AI does not make final hiring, rejection, or vetting decisions.

What optional AI processing may support

  • Suggesting structured profile information from a CV for the talent to review and confirm.
  • Normalizing job titles and skills so global employers and talents use consistent terminology.
  • Semantic talent search, job matching, and recommendations with clear reasons and limitations.
  • Profile coaching and administrative review assistance without changing verified facts automatically.

Your control

Optional AI processing requires an active consent record. You may accept or withdraw that consent in your Privacy Center. Withdrawing consent stops future optional AI processing for your account. It does not erase records that JolieJobs must retain for security, legal accountability, or dispute handling.

Human review is mandatory

Employers, talents, and JolieJobs administrators remain responsible for decisions. AI suggestions must be reviewed. AI cannot automatically reject a talent, approve a profile, assign a final vetting grade, or release protected identity information.

Uses JolieJobs prohibits

  • Automatic hiring or rejection based solely on an AI result.
  • Facial emotion analysis or voice-based personality scoring.
  • Accent scoring or discrimination based on language style.
  • Inferring race, religion, disability, political views, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
  • Using age or gender as matching factors.
  • Hidden ranking criteria that cannot be explained to the user.

Data minimization and audit

JolieJobs records operational metadata such as the AI feature used, model deployment, token totals, estimated cost, outcome, and a request identifier. Raw prompts, full CV text, and generated responses are not stored in operational audit logs. Access remains role-controlled and candidate identity protections continue to apply.

Cost and quality controls

AI features are disabled by default until the provider, consent register, model allowlist, token limits, and daily and monthly budgets are configured. Requests are blocked when a configured limit is reached. AI performance and relevance will be evaluated before wider rollout.

Correcting information

AI-generated suggestions do not become confirmed profile facts unless the talent approves them. Users may correct inaccurate information, withdraw consent, or submit a privacy request through the JolieJobs Privacy Center.

Effective version: 2026.1. This notice covers the AI foundation and future optional AI-assisted JolieJobs features. Material changes require a new version and renewed consent where appropriate.
